Wir finden euch! Wir sind ganzjährig auf internationalen Figurentheaterfestivals unterwegs, mit offenen Augen und Ohren, um für unser Programm zu scouten. Falls ihr Auftritte auf anderen Festivals habt und eventuell am PannOpticum spielen möchtet, freuen wir uns, wenn ihr auf euch aufmerksam macht!
Initiativbewerbungen sind möglich, aber werden nur dann in Erwägung gezogen, wenn sie personalisiert adressiert sind. Außerdem bitten wir im Vorfeld, unsere Saalpläne (siehe weiter unten auf dieser Seite) anzuschauen und im Vorfeld einzuschätzen, ob euer Stück technisch auf unseren kleinen Bühnen kompatibel wäre. Wir ziehen zudem nur Stücke in Erwägung, die wir entweder live oder in einem Videomitschnitt gesehen haben.
Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass wir Initiativbewerbungen schnell und pragmatisch abarbeiten – wir sind ein kleines, großteils ehrenamtliches Team. Wir bemühen uns, allen Anfragen gerecht zu werden, werden aber immer Live-Momente bevorzugen.

We’ll find you! We travel to international puppet theatre festivals all year round, keeping our eyes and ears open to scout for acts for our programme. If you’re performing at other festivals and might be interested in playing at PannOpticum, we’d love to hear from you!
Initiative applications are welcome, but will only be considered if they are addressed personally. We also ask that you take a look at our venue plans (see further down this page) in advance and assess in advance whether your production would be technically compatible with our small stages. Furthermore, we only consider productions that we have seen either live or in a video recording.
Please understand that we process initiative applications quickly and pragmatically – we are a small, largely volunteer-run team. We strive to accommodate all enquiries, but will always give priority to live performances.

Wir suchen jedes Jahr nach helfenden Händen und motivierten Herzen, die mit uns das Festival auf- und abbauen möchten: von Assistenz bei Bühnentechnik, über Dekoration, Künstler:innen und Publikumsbetreuung bis hin zu Ticketing!
Wir bieten Zugang zu (soweit als möglich) allen Shows, eine starke Teamatmosphäre, Unterkunft und Verpflegung. Neben der Arbeit gibt es auch Gelegenheit, mal in den Neusiedlersee zu schwimmen … bzw. die Zehen in den Schlamm zu stecken. ;)
Die Volunteer-Slots sind heiß begehrt und wir bemühen uns jedes Jahr, ein ausgewogenes Team zusammenzustellen. Wir freuen uns auf dein Mail!

Every year, we’re on the lookout for helping hands and motivated hearts to join us in setting up and dismantling the festival: from assisting with stage technology, to decoration, artist and audience support, up to ticketing!
We offer access to (as far as possible) all the shows, a great team atmosphere, accommodation and meals. As well as the work, there’s also the chance to go for a swim in Lake Neusiedl… well, or at least dip your toes in the mud. ;)
The volunteer slots are in high demand and we strive every year to put together a balanced team. We look forward to hearing from you!
